Application
The horizontal steam sterilizer utilizes saturated steam as the sterilization medium. It leverages the physical property of saturated steam releasing a large amount of latent heat during condensation to penetrate items and achieve sterilization through a period of thermal insulation. The equipment features fully automatic control via PLC and HMI, including automatic temperature recording and vacuum drying functions. It is designed for the sterilization and drying of medical textiles, surgical instruments and apparatus, culture media, and glassware. It is widely used for disinfection and sterilization in hospital supply centers and operating rooms, pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, and research institutions.
